Automatic winding for precise processing
Air core coils are made first by creating a winding jig, then winding the copper wire on to the jig at equal intervals applying hot air melting the fusion layer. Copper wire from φ0.015 to φ0.8 can be wound.
Manual winding with master craftsmanship
In the case of winding copper wire on a bobbin at equal intervals, special winding, or winding wire thicker than φ1.0, the copper wire is set and wound by hand. For some products that cannot be maintained in shape by hot air, we can flexibly handle such cases as bonding by electric current or by dipping.
